Founding 300 offer terms
Version 1 — August 2026
The Founding 300 offer rewards the first 300 eligible people who register their interest in Valence while places remain.
1. Eligibility
You must be aged 18 or over to qualify. The offer is limited to one Founding 300 place per person.
Registrations must contain genuine information. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent or deliberately false registrations may be excluded.
2. Allocation of places
Founding 300 places are allocated to eligible registrations in the order they are successfully received by Valence.
If a registration is subsequently found to be duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible, Valence may withdraw that place and make it available to another person.
3. Activating your benefit
Registering your interest reserves eligibility for the offer but does not itself activate Premium membership.
When Valence launches, qualifying members of the Founding 300 will be invited to create their Valence account. They must complete the age, identity and any other account-verification requirements that apply to Valence users at that time.
The invitation will state the period within which the Founding 300 benefit must be activated.
4. The benefit
A successfully activated Founding 300 account will receive Valence Premium free for 24 months.
The 24-month period begins when the qualifying Valence account activates its Founding 300 benefit.
“Valence Premium” means the Premium membership tier offered by Valence. The features included in Premium may develop or change as the Valence service develops.
5. No payment required
There is no charge to register your interest or reserve a Founding 300 place. The benefit is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
6. Marketing
You do not need to consent to marketing communications in order to qualify for the Founding 300 offer.
We may still contact you where necessary to administer your registration, Founding 300 status or launch invitation.
7. Valence is in development
Valence has not yet launched. Registration does not require payment and does not oblige you to become a Valence user.
If the launch is delayed, activation of the Founding 300 benefit will also be delayed. If Valence does not ultimately launch, the Founding 300 benefit cannot be activated and no cash alternative will be payable.
